What is good about this is that nurses can still work while they are studying so they do not lose their job. If there are cases when nurses are forced to leave their old job because they need to move to another place, they do not need to worry because they will be sure that they will find a new job there. You can even have the privilege of working in the same department as where you worked before. Especially if the job you want is somewhere where the supply of nurses is not enough to fill the positions there. This is one of the reasons why you should increase you credibility as a nurse.
